Privacy

Updated 19 October 2026

This notice explains what AirportHero records when you use the site. The short version: we set no cookies, run no analytics or advertising trackers, and do not ask for your name, email or any account.

Who we are

AirportHero is run by [company name, registered address and company number]. You can contact us at [contact email].

What we record

  • When you use a booking link, we record which link it was, the time, and the page you came from, without any query string. We do not record your name, email or IP address in this record.
  • Our hosting provider, Vercel, keeps short-lived server logs, which include IP addresses, to run and protect the service.

We use the link record to understand which airports and services are useful, which is our legitimate interest in running the site.

Cookies

AirportHero sets no cookies. When you leave for a provider’s site, that provider and its affiliate network may set their own cookies, including ones that tell them you came from us. Their own privacy notices apply there.

Where data is kept

The link record is stored with Supabase in the European Union (Ireland). The site is served by Vercel. Both act as our processors.

How long we keep it

Link records are kept for [retention period, for example 24 months], then deleted.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete information about you, or object to how we use it. As we do not record who you are, we may not be able to link a record to you. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
